Cadran Bleu

1. Purpose of the processing

Cadran bleu has an online sales website. This website allows us to receive orders from our customers, and the data collected on this occasion is recorded and processed in a customer file.

This file allows you to:

Manage orders, payment and delivery.
To carry out marketing operations (loyalty, promotions) and send advertisements by email to our customers who have not objected to it for Products similar to those they have ordered on our Site or with their consent for other products.

2. Legal basis for processing

Order management and transmission to the subcontractor regarding delivery: the legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract (See article 6.1.b) of the European General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR).

Sending commercial solicitations by email about products similar to those ordered by customers: the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the company (see Article 6.1.f of the European General Data Protection Regulation), namely to promote our products to our customers.

Sending commercial solicitations by email about other products offered by the Seller: the legal basis for processing is consent (See article 6.1.a) of the European General Data Protection Regulation), as required by article L. 34-5 of the French Postal and Electronic Communications Code.

Accounting records involving the retention of data for a period of 10 years: the legal basis for processing is the legal obligation (See article 6.1.c of the European General Data Protection Regulation).

3. Data Categories

Identity: title, surname, first name, address, delivery address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, internal processing code allowing customer identification, data relating to registration on opposition lists.

Order data : transaction number, purchase details, purchase amount, invoice payment data (payments, outstanding balances, discounts), product returns.

Data relating to means of payment : bank card number, bank card expiry date, visual cryptogram (which is immediately erased).

Data needed to carry out loyalty and prospecting actions : purchase history.

4. Data Recipients

The personal data collected is accessible to authorized internal departments, including customer service and billing, which are recipients of all categories of data processed.

Our subcontractors in charge of order delivery only receive the information necessary for the delivery of the Products, namely: the identity, postal address and telephone number of the Customer.

Shopify Inc., the provider of our e-commerce solution, acts as a data processor and, as such, has access to all data processed through the platform. Shopify Inc. is based in Canada, a country with an adequacy decision from the European Commission, allowing the transfer of your personal data in accordance with the requirements of European Union law.

5. Data retention period

Data required for order management and invoicing : for the entire duration of the business relationship and for ten (10) years in accordance with accounting obligations.

Data required for carrying out loyalty actions and prospecting : for the entire duration of the business relationship and three (3) years from the last purchase.

Data relating to means of payment : this data is not stored by the Seller; it is collected during the transaction and is immediately deleted upon payment of the purchase.

Data concerning opt-out lists for receiving marketing communications: three (3) years.

6. Your rights

You can access, rectify, or erase your personal data. You also have the right to data portability and the right to restrict the processing of your data (visit cnil.fr for more information about your rights).
